When you want to transform your life, your starting point is to agree that you will always take 100% responsibility for your life and results. Therefore, you choose not to fall victim of your circumstances and to take full control over your life instead.
Sometimes you expect others to rescue you from your challenges. However, you do not get the help that you need until YOU decide to find solutions to your problems or to take 100% responsibility for your actions and results.
You are more equipped to take 100% responsibility for your life and results when you are able to respond to your life's challenges from a place of awareness; the awareness that this particular challenge is part of your workbook of life and a lesson to be learnt for your own personal and spiritual growth. This requires you to take a moment to reflect on what is seeking to contribute to your own growth in your particular circumstances.
There are two books by Wayne Dyer that changed my life:
There might be times when you are with anger, impatience or you feel frustrated, out of place, tired, overwhelmed by too many challenges overflowing at the same time. It is during these moments of upheaval that you must let finding peace within become your personal motto.
I share in my book YES! TO Love™ Jonathan's story. Jonathan had a conflicting relationship with one of his siblings and this affected the family dynamic. My advice to Jonathan was to change the way he perceived his brother altogether to one of love. Jonathan portrayed a negative image of his brother, expressed disapproval and lacked compassion. However, a change in perception meant that it was time for him to forgive his brother for his actions by sending him love. In addition, Jonathan had to forgive himself for expecting his brother to be or behave in a certain way, the way he wanted him to be or behave. Sending love to another through prayers and meditation is very powerful. As a result of healing his...
A lack of self-confidence can stop you from letting your greatness shine and thus, live you life to your full potential. I reveal in this blog article practical ways you can increase your self-confidence for greater joy and happiness.

The Oxford dictionary gives us the following definition of self-confidence:
A feeling of trust in one's abilities, qualities and judgment.
There are perhaps areas in your life where you have more confidence than others. If you lack self-confidence in one of these areas for example: relationship, career, finances or health, it just means that you need to increase your faith and trust in your ability to pull through.
Even though the origin of your lack of confidence might be deeply impressed in your subconscious what matters today is that you take into consideration and apply the many ways you can increase your self-confidence.
Self-confidence is an inside job and it can be learnt, improved and...
Many of us right now are in transition or going through real transformation whether we are entering a new life cycle, changing jobs, changing location, changing lifestyle or developing spiritually. However, this process might be smooth at times and other times more difficult than expected. You can overcome it and here is how.
In this article I share with you 4 simple ways you can prepare yourself mentally for change so that it is a smooth transition:
1. Fear not, be grateful for change
Perhaps you have been anticipating this moment or perhaps it has come as a shock. Nevertheless, everything is energy, therefore as human beings it is natural that we should go through change. Change means that you have outgrown the old and you are ready for the new; a new adventure and a new workbook of life filled with life lessons.
2. Choose to let go of the old
Change might be the opportunity for you to do things differently this time around. If you felt stuck before it meant that you were...
The feeling of being overwhelmed is often related to your relationship with time: "I cannot cope..."; "This is taking too much of my time"; "I am not enjoying this at all..."; "I have too much to do and not enough time to do it..." etc. In this article I share with you 3 ways you can overcome the feeling of being overwhelmed and find greater inner peace.
1. Change your mindset
Invite more ease in everything that you do by focusing on:
Intention - Attention - No tension
In other words, you intend to carry out the work at hand, you draw your attention to it, however you insist on doing it with ease as opposed to creating too much tension around it.
For example, you might be carrying out a task you might not like particularly and you associate it with words of hardship, like: "This is so much work..." or "This is such hard work..." etc. This will make it harder for you.
The build up of tension gives us an adrenaline rush however it is not sustainable long term because it would generate...
Many people make resolutions however they do not reach completion. In this video I share with you three ways you can create change and put them into practice in your life so that you achieve your desired results, improve your life for good and regain life balance.

When you consider these three ways of creating change, evaluate your current results and see what you could change so that you can complete your resolution, take your life to the next level and achieve your goal.

Are you always busy doing things? Find some time to just Be, in order to improve the quality of your life. In this blog article I share with you 5 useful tips on how to enjoy just being instead of being busy doing all the time.
One of my mentors Bob Proctor says that we do not need to slow down, instead we need to calm down. Indeed, it is amidst calmness that you are able to see more clearly, to reevaluate where you are, to decide on your next step etc.
When Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen came up with the title of one the most successful book series Chicken Soup for the Soul, with more than 100 million books sold in the US and Canada alone, it was in the midst of calmness that Jack Canfield came up with the title. In fact, he came up with the name after meditation.
We do not find answers and solutions in the midst of chaos but when we invite ease and peace.
The following are 5 tips on how to enjoy Being more often:
Find some time to self-reflect by meditating. It is...
According to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (C.I.P.D) job satisfaction in the UK is at a low level, particularly in the private sector.
Discover 10 reasons why you are not getting job satisfaction.
1. You are not challenged intellectually
You have outgrown your job and there is no opportunity for you to develop your skills in your current role. This means that you are unlikely to fulfil your career aspiration in your current organization. The opportunity for training and development needs are unmet.
2. You are not receiving the recognition you deserve
You are probably trying to get your voice heard but somehow you seem to be invisible, no one hears you. Or you asked for a promotion but you were told that you were not the most suitable candidate despite all of your efforts.
3. Your working environment is no longer suitable
Your organization may have changed over the years, particularly if you have worked there for a long time. It may now have changed management...
In my blog ‘5 Ways to Find the Courage to Take Your Life to the Next Level’, I share that one way to find courage is to tell yourself the right story.
To make my point I shared with you Mo Farah’s story during the 2011 Daegu World Championships in Athletics.
After his near victory when he competed for the 10,000 m his story could have been totally different from what we know it to be today.
After his defeat his story could have been: “That’s it, my dream has been shattered I am going home, that’s the end; there will be no happy ending with a gold medal this time at the Games" or “After so many months of training I could not deliver.” With such a thought process he would have returned to the UK defeated with a low self-esteem.
Yet he chose to tell himself a different story with a different ending: “I still have a chance, I can still make it, I can still win a gold medal and I am going for it by running the 5,000m in a week’s...
“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
I love this quote which is often attributed to Winston Churchill. He might not have said this word for word, however he said on the 13th of December 1940: “Success always demands a greater effort”, which is along the same line of thought.
The more I read “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts” the more it inspires me and strengthens my belief that perseverance is a sign of courage.
Let us have a closer look at this quote:
Success is not final: as you know success is a journey for growth. Once you have reached your goals, you set up new ones and embark on a new journey to success with new goals.
Failure is not fatal: countless of people fail or ‘fall forward’. They fall forward because they pick themselves up, they bounce back by learning from their mistakes or by finding the courage to try again. They...
