How To Use The Law Of Attraction For Greater Life Balance (Part 1)

When the Secret came out it was both revered and criticized. Despite all this, The Secret has changed many lives worldwide. It opened up new fields of possibilities, strengthened your faith that there is a higher power always at work to support you and brought to your knowledge the universal laws, which govern the universe.

Do you feel that there are too many obligations, too many unsettled areas and more challenges you can actually cope with comfortably in your life right now?

In Part 1 of this article series, I am going to cover how you can use the law of attraction to create greater balance in your life.

The foundation is the following:

  • The Law of Attraction is always at work.
  • You attract what you think about
  • When you change your habits you change your life.

The Law of Attraction is always at work:

You attract things to you, which are in accordance with the vibration you are in. You are energy and energy is in a constant state of permutation. Everything in your life is the result of the vibration you are in. Since everything is energy; the vibration you are in will determine what you attract in your life.

Have you ever set an intention for something wonderful to happen and it happened? This is the Law of Attraction at work.

You attract what you think about:

Since vibration is an idea, the ideas you entertain in your mind are very important. These ideas can carry a positive or a negative vibration and in accordance with the vibration you choose to adhere to you will get different results in your life.

What is your current mental programme: do you entertain positive or negative ideas in your mind? If you give power to negative ideas, you will attract difficulty on the other hand if you give power to positive ideas you will attract more ease in your life.

Let me give you an example: you want greater inner peace. Do you live your life from a place of judgment; judging yourself and others harshly or from a place of acceptance? The former will create far more inner turmoil, disease and disrupt your well-being, the latter will give you greater inner and outer peace.

Here is another example: you want greater financial security. Do you operate from a place of scarcity or lack on a daily basis: “I do not have enough money to do this and that…” or do you operate from a place of abundance: “how can I increase my income?” The author and success coach Michael Neill says that: “Financial security does not come from the amount you currently have, it comes from your ability to get more of it whenever you want.”

The choice is always yours to accept the idea you want to entertain in your mind.

This philosophy might seem simplistic however I believe that the simplest things are the ones you must master.  In this instance, your paradigms or multitude of habits are what you are to change in order to attract more of what you want; greater life balance.  Joel Barker in his book Paradigms said: “To be able to shape your future you must be willing and able to change your paradigm.”

When you change your habits you change your life:

It is time to recognize that your mental programme or your habitual behavior could be stopping you from attracting what you want.

First and foremost the change that you require is inner change. When your habitual behavior creates too many imbalances in your life you must change it. There are things you do routinely and you have been doing subconsciously for a very long time and you must decide to change them today in order to create greater balance in your life.

For example, if you are a hardworking solopreneur, entrepreneur or employee working long hours sometimes or overtime most days it means that you need to review your schedule instead of complaining or stressing out about what you do not want. Some reorganization would be necessary as well as more forward planning so that all of your activities are more balanced.

If you cannot cope with your daily schedule see how you could create greater balance by readjusting, discarding and reviewing.

Remember that there are 3 rules to create change you can apply today:

  • Let go of the things that do not work
  • Do more of the things that work
  • Try something new.

You attract into your life what you want, balance, lightness, joy, happiness, success, positive thoughts and feelings when you believe this is your truth.

The take away is that The Law of Attraction is always at work in accordance with the vibration you are in. The Law of Attraction works for you positively when you increase your vibration or ideas to positive ones.
