Therefore it is important to be aware that the quality of the questions you ask yourself will determine the quality of your life experience.
Consequently, asking yourself empowering questions can have a miraculous effect on the results that you get in your life:

There might be times when you beat yourself up because you focus on what went wrong. Focusing on what went wrong for too long is problem-based thinking whereas focusing on what went right is solution-based thinking.
Problem-based thinking dwells on the problems and therefore it does not move you forward and it keeps you stuck. On the other hand developing solution-based thinking, each time you face a challenge or obstacle will enable you to fix the problem and will get you closer to the result you desire.
For example, you are not satisfied with your present career. Instead of focusing on what went wrong; the mistakes you made like going from job to job without ever being satisfied with any of them or studying one thing after an other without truly finding your purpose, you could take some time to reflect on what you truly and authentically enjoy doing.
Should there be an area in your life you are not where you want to be, like your career for example, ask yourself the following empowering question: “If I was to take 5% more responsibility for my career what would I do?”
You might come up with the following answers:
