Life Balance Review

You probably made the resolution at the beginning of the year to create more balance and harmony in your life.

  • How are you progressing?
  • Are you on course or off course?

We are now more than half way through the year and I believe that now is a good time to review all of the practical tips I have shared with you this year on The Everyday Life Balance Show to date so that you can create more balance and harmony in your life.

You will find below what I have shared with you.

The purpose of this article is to help you review  the various tips you can apply so that you can experience positive results and achieve your goal.

You have learnt so far:

  • How asking yourself the right empowering questions can transform your life. For example, a very empowering question is "How can I..." instead of "I can’t."
  • Why changing your perception matters when you want to create more balance in your life. When you change the way, you look at things the things you look like change.

  • The success habits of highly successful people you could start adopting now so that you can change your results and live a better life.
  • The secrets to self-transformation and self-improvement so that you can fulfil your dreams

You also learnt:

  • A life in balance also means a life on purpose and the importance of understanding what being on purpose means so that you can live a happy and fulfilling life.
  • The power of focus especially when you have a clear goal you wish to accomplish this year.
  • Living a life of balance, peace and harmony is a choice and I invite you to harness your power of choice.
  • How to lead a balanced life and spring into wellness, success, happiness and overcome stress. This really matters if you live in a very big city like London.
  • How to build your self-esteem and confidence so that you can accomplish your goal effortlessly.
  • The secrets to creating positive change in your life that stick, as well as
  • Your freedom formula: Love + Peace = Total Well-being
  • For the 100th anniversary of the Everyday Life Balance Show I invited Chris James, Ivona Gordon and Silvana Avram to share with you their own definition of everyday life balance as well as their own rituals to enhance a life in balance..

However, all this information becomes useless if you do not take action and apply it to your own life. Therefore, you must ensure that you apply what you learn to your own situation and circumstances.

Your action steps:

Your main goal now until the end of the year is to remain focused. Indeed, what might stop you from creating the change that you desire and accomplishing your goal this year is the likelihood of returning to old habits.

Old habits creep back in when you least expect them. Therefore, in order to sustain your progress towards a life in balance and to ensure that you adhere to your new life changing and positive habits there is one forward action step I would like you to take. This forward action step is to ensure that your new positive habit becomes a new routine.

For example, if something troubles you and you want to find a solution: change your perception or the way you look at the problem in the first place. This could mean looking at your particular problem from the  understanding that it serves a purpose. As a result, you choose to identify and work with the lesson to be learnt in this particular situation for the purpose of growth.

Or you might want to improve your health:

  • What is the one thing you are willing to change today to dramatically improve your health?

Once you apply the practical tips I share with you every week on the Everyday Life Balance Show, you can apply them over and over again to any area of your life simply because they work…
