Do you want to take your life to the next level however you feel stuck?
You will learn in this article how to attain a new level of personal transformation for personal success.
Indeed, in this 2-part series on self-transformation for personal success I am going to share with you 6 secrets for inner transformation so that you can achieve personal success without making it more complicated that it needs to be.
I know that you are reading this article because you want to take your life to the next level. I personally want to congratulate you for having the desire to grow and to maximize your full potential in order to become the best you can be. I want you to be aware that wherever you start from is perfectly alright.
A mindset is a fixed mental attitude or disposition that predetermines your responses to and interpretations of situations. Therefore, you cannot change your attitude (thoughts, feelings and actions) with the same mindset which has kept you stuck in your life, to date. The problem this creates is that it stops you from moving forward and as a result you go around and round in circle feeling confused and lost.
In this 2-part series you will discover how to cultivate the right mindset, attitude and practices for personal success.
Where other people go wrong is that they distance themselves unknowingly from their truest core personal values and therefore, from what truly matters to them.
On the other hand, when you wish to review and improve your life, it matters tremendously to ascertain whether all aspects of your life are in alignment with your core personal values.
These values could be: respect for yourself and others, generosity, integrity, kindness, good health, courage, honesty, love, excellence in your work, reliability, order etc..
Your truest core values matter because they characterize what is most important to you in life and they are instrumental in taking your life to the next level.
Note: The exercise I invite you to do now is to take pen to paper and to follow these three steps:
Step #1: I want you to identify and make a list of your top 10 core values and priorities? What is most important to you in life?
Step #2: You are to put your top 5 core values in priority order
Step #3: You are to ascertain whether your core values are present in your life or not.
This exercise will not only help you review your core values but also ascertain whether you live your life in accordance with and in alignment with them.
Let us take the example of self-respect: if it is an important value for you do you respect yourself and your personal needs or do you tend to beat yourself up, to belittle yourself? If you tend to beat yourself up or belittle yourself it is time to look at yourself with kind eyes and compassion and improve your self-image in order to boost your self-confidence.
Let us use another example, if your core value is integrity: do you live your life with integrity? In other words, do you keep the promises your make to yourself or others?
As you know integrity is the ability to say that you are going to do something and you deliver on your promise.
I would like you to do the same exercise with the 5 top core values you have come up with.
Is this you?
The point I want to make is that whenever you want to create change you must learn to lighten up and to let go of any resistance to it. Since you want to take your life to the next level you must accept to let go of any disharmony, imbalance or anything else that is incongruent with the life you desire. You have infinite potential to do just that.
In this light, I invite you to simplify your life by making the decision now to do whatever Is necessary to take your life to the next level in order to win. You have now been sitting on the fence for too long and it is now time to take action.
This might scare you however I invite you to create your new vision for your life: a new vision where you actually achieve your goals step by step and move forward. Remember that you can start by taking baby steps.
This is a challenge for many. You want to make personal changes however you might be resisting it and doing it the hard way.
It might seem simple however the road of least resistance is to just go for it, go for what you desire.
One thing I want you to bear in mind is that The road of least resistance is one of peace. For this purpose, whenever you want to change you must always follow the road of peace.
A simple question I want you to answer is: will this transformation lead me to more peace, harmony and balance in my life? If it doesn’t you are on the wrong road, the road of resistance and you must return to the road of least resistance the road of peace.
Remember that in the light of self-transformation for personal success peace is always the order of the day.
I would like to finish this article with an extract from Raymond Holliwell’s book: “Working With The Law:”
“Some people, unwise to Nature’s method, set up a different one. When they meet an obstacle, they stop their progress to collect their forces and put up a fight to remove it. This resistance they set up causes friction. Friction causes an irritation and an inflammation. For this reason, many people’s lives are hard and exacting. The waste of human energy is appalling. People in every walk of life are breaking down and wearing out like obsolete machinery Remember, it is not the movement of a machine that wears it beyond use and service, it is FRICTION.”
