Happy St Valentine!
Since we will be celebrating St Valentine’s Day this week on Thursday the 14th of February I dedicate this blog article to all of the people who dare to love and to love more…
Indeed, I celebrate you because to love and to love more requires both an open heart and mind.
Do you know that the way St Valentine’s day is celebrated in modern times dates back to 18th century England?
St Valentine’s Day is a reminder to keep our mind and heart opened every single day.
Love brings more happiness. It brings also more inner peace and less stress when you invite it in your life.
Remember that change occurs in your life the moment you make the decision that things have to change and you commit to your decision. Therefore, In order to experience more love, I recommend that you invite more love by opening your heart and mind.
Do you feel that you are at a turning point in your life however you are unsure and you do not know what step to take next?
In this blog article I share with you 3 signs that you are at a turning point in your life and 3 things you can do to move forward toward the new life you wish to create.
Let us begin with...
You cannot make sense of your life any more. You know that something is not quite right, you want to improve your life however you do not know where to start and how to go about it.
Your lack of clarity creates more confusion.
What can you do to move forward?
It is time to get clear about what you want.
A very simple step is to get clear and identify in what area of your life you are most dissatisfied. Once you have identified what area of your life you wish to improve you must set clear objectives in order to move forward. If you identify that all the areas of your life need improvement you must prioritize and...
In this blog article I share with you the story behind the creation of the #1 bestseller YES! TO Love™: The Ultimate Guide to Personal Transformation for Everyday Life Balance.
I wrote YES! TO Love™ in 2015 and it was first published in 2016. However, my writing journey dates back to 2010. I knew there was a book in me. I attended my first writing workshop back then and my intention was to write a book one day... It was therefore something I foresaw in the distant future. Little did I know that I would start writing earlier than I anticipated…
The working title of the first book I wrote, back in 2010, was Happiness Creation (still to be released :))
A miracle happened that year: I first put pen to paper whilst reading Susan Jeffers’ book Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway. Her book had a life changing and miraculous effect on me. Susan’s book content was so profound that it got me inspired: I started to make notes of inspiration...

This quote by James Allen “Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom” reveals to us that the more we cultivate a calm mind the wiser we become. As a result, the wisdom we attain helps us to live a more peaceful, loving, joyful and happy life.
However, if you spend most of your time on the computer, your mobile phone, watching TV etc. or being busy absorbing countless sources of information calmness of mind might delude you. In this blog article I am going to share with you 7 ways you can increase calmness of mind so that you enjoy more peace, love, joy and happiness in your life.
1. Grow in wisdom
The joy of inner peace and calmness is simply the habit of returning to a state of peace at all times. This is important especially when you feel troubled and face many problems and challenges.
The more you move toward inner peace the more you lighten up your heart. Heaviness of the heart is due to all of the negative emotions you are attached...
Sometimes you cannot see the light at end of the tunnel because you focus on the wrong thing in order to move your life forward or to take it to the next level. Change requires doing things in a certain way.
In this blog article I share with you 3 ways you can empower yourself in order to change your results.
When something goes wrong the general tendency is to ask dis-empowering questions, such as: “Why me?”, “Why now?”, “What have I done?” etc. Such dis-empowering questions lead nowhere. Therefore it is important to be aware that the quality of the questions you ask yourself will determine the quality of your life experience.
Consequently, asking yourself empowering questions can have a miraculous effect on the results that you get in your life:
For example if your goal is to create a career that you love you can ask yourself the following empowering questions:
F.e.a.r (false expectation appearing real) seems to be epidemic in our world and it is clear that the importance we attach to it can keep us paralysed and stuck. However, should you wish to uncover and fulfil your life’s purpose it is important to learn how to use whatever fear you may have positively so that it serves you well.
Can fear serve you positively when you want to uncover and fulfil your life’s purpose?
My answer to this question is YES! and I want to you how in this article.
1. Get unstuck
In order to get unstuck and change your results you must make the decision to do things differently. What most other people do when they are faced with fear is to remain stuck in the fear. Yet in order to let go of fear it must first be acknowledged and accepted. When you let go of resistance, you allow your fear to become your friendly ally and you can move forward and keep going.
Susan Jeffers said: "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway" in her book of the same title and she is...
As shown by the statistics at least 45% of people want to create change in their life since they make resolutions at the beginning of every year. However, only 8% actually accomplish their dream.
Albert Einstein said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again whilst expecting a different result.
It is clear that you cannot change your results or create change whilst adopting the same habits, which created the imbalances in the first place.
What is the solution?
Indeed, if you are not getting the results that you want there is something that you do, which gets in the way of your new resolution and you must change it.
What habits are you to change?
It is possible that your thoughts are not supportive of the change you desire.
It is possible that your beliefs are not supportive of the change you desire.
It is possible that you actions are not supportive of the change you desire.
In this blog article I pay homage to Mother Teresa's poem on celebrating and honoring life.
Mother Teresa’s poem reminds you that life loves you and how important it is to live in the now moment by moment.
This is something I used to struggle with. I used to project myself into the future all the time instead of living and appreciating the present moment. Should you do the same; focusing too much on the future, you do not appreciate the present moment fully enough and I believe that a balance is necessary.
Or you might be someone who is stuck in the past and you constantly return to the past thinking about what was or what could have been? This is a problem because you do not appreciate the present moment by moment since you are stuck on past memories you cannot change or on what was or could have been.
Mother Teresa's poem is a reminder to be grateful for what is, for each day of your life and to celebrate the present moment by moment.
You can do this.
Why are your thoughts everything?
Because your thoughts affect the quality of your life entirely:
As a reiki healer I often talk about vibration or the type of energy you project out whether it be positive or negative. When you project a negative vibration it is because you cultivate a negative way of thinking or negative thoughts and this negative way of thinking affects all areas of your life. On the other hand, when you project out a positive vibration it is because you cultivate a positive way of thinking and this positive way of thinking affects all areas of your life.
The choice is yours. Henry Ford said: “If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.” Choose your campus wisely the ‘naysayer’ or the ‘yes! I can’ campus and be aware that depending on which campus you choose...
In my vlog article Discover 3 Ways To Create Change I share with you 3 ways you can create change in your life and put them into practice when you do not get the results that you desire:
1. Stop doing what does not work
2. Do more of what works
3. Try introducing something new.
However, in this blog article I take this a step further by sharing with you a simple process you can implement to start doing something new or to do more of what works when you feel stuck.
Your purpose = your WHY
Your purpose is the reason why you do something, the direction you wish to take. It gives meaning to the reason WHY you do what you do. Knowing your purpose ensures that you are in the flow.
Your vision = your WHAT
Your vision is your WHAT. It is the way you express your purpose and the image you build and hold in your mind. Your vision answers the following question: how...
